Summary: Baladiye connects Lebanese citizens with their municipalities. We collect only what's necessary to provide municipal services, and we never sell your data.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly:
- Account Information: Email address, name, phone number, and municipality affiliation
- Profile Information: Blood type (optional, for emergency alerts), ID number for official forms
- Form Submissions: Data you submit through municipal forms (permits, complaints, requests)
- Photos & Documents: Images you attach to submissions or bug reports
2. Camera & Photo Library
Our app requests camera and photo library access to:
- Attach photos to municipal form submissions
- Capture images for bug reports
- Upload supporting documents
Photos are only uploaded when you explicitly attach them to a submission. We do not access your camera or photos without your action.
3. Push Notifications
With your permission, we send notifications for:
- Updates on your municipal submissions
- Important municipal announcements
- Emergency blood donation alerts (optional)
You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings or within the app.

- Process your municipal service requests
- Communicate with you about your submissions
- Send relevant notifications (with your consent)

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider with:

- Service Providers: Cloud hosting (Supabase), push notifications (Expo)
