Your Right to Delete: You have the right to delete your LEAGX account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to do so.
How to Delete Your Account

Open the LEAGX app on your device

Go to your Profile by tapping the profile tab in the bottom navigation

Tap Settings (gear icon)

Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"

Alternative: Request Deletion via Email
If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion manually, you can email us:
- Send an email to support@leagx.com
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the email address associated with your account
- We will process your request within 7 business days
Request Account Deletion
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Profile Information: Name, email, phone number, profile photo
- Account Credentials: Authentication data
- League Memberships: Your participation in all leagues and teams
- Player Statistics: Personal stats and performance data
- Payment History: Records of league fee transactions
- Preferences: Notification settings and app preferences
⚠️ Important: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. If you are a league organizer, please transfer ownership of your leagues before deleting your account. Historical match scores and standings may be retained in anonymized form for league integrity.
Data Retention After Deletion
Some data may be retained after account deletion:
- Match Records: Anonymized scores and standings may be kept for league history
- Transaction Records: Payment records may be retained as required by financial regulations
- Legal Requirements: Data required by law may be kept for the legally mandated period
- Backup Systems: Data in encrypted backups will be permanently deleted within 30 days
Processing Time
- In-app deletion: Immediate
- Email request: Up to 7 business days
- Complete removal from backups: Up to 30 days
